Potential Commercial and Residential customer, we are looking forward to working with you. We are new to the area but not new to providing professional and thoughtful service. Below you will find some of the services we provide and estimated rates.
There are many variables for each customer that might either reduce or possibly increase cost. (We strive to provide an accurate estimate, but the ability or inability to access property might limit more efficient equipment.)
DISCOUNTS OFFERED
We are offering a 10% discount for 1st time Customers, Seniors and Military.
All services are billed at actual time in 15 minute increments.
Mowing of large lots or acreage, general yard service, tree and shrub trimming
Typically it takes an hr an acre, but heavy growth or limited equipment access might increase time.
Light branch and shrub trimming, includes removal of clippings.
This service includes mowing, edging, blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and leaf removal. Price lowered as incentive to commit to regular service.
Primary focus of removal of snow from driveways, walkways (to front door), and sidewalks. Service provided upon accumulation of 2-4 inches of snow. Salt or other anti-freeze substances can be applied upon request.
Early service prior to normal business hours
*** 75/hr rate for subsequent same day return or follow up service.
Response when there is 2-3 inches of snow or more.
We have added an ATV with plow to our fleet to service private roadways and parking areas.
Flat Rate services are available as well based on your need
